in "That 70's Show" is a positive character that always uses his accent as a form of comedy, although there are many other characters that are outstanding in this show, Valderrama's take on the character "Fez" certainly takes it.

in "Modern Family" always brings a positive atmosphere to the show and always thickens the plot, which adds a spice to the show. Not only is he a talented comedian he also is presented well and truthful.

7.) Rainn Wilson
in "The Office" plays a abnormal character that brings life to the small office that holds so many characters, but what makes Wilson stand out are the actions he does and the many comedic things he says.
6.) Will Smith
in "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" has a ecstatic glow that always draws the audience to want to watch more, not only that but his comedic charm is drawing as well.

5.) Micheal Cera and Jason Bateman
"Arrested Development" Cera plays a spoiled and dysfunctional character that normally bothers Bateman's character and both go hand to hand.

in "Community" plays a secretive administrator for GreenDale Community college. That is in love with one of the male leads. Rasher is known as the "Dean" and is noted like that. His actions and his lines are what are so alluring about the character.

3.) Neil Patrick Harris
in "How I met your mother" plays a slick, charming, and charismatic ladies man, that brings flair to the show, by always solving or getting into problems with his many adventures with the rest of the cast.

2.) Joe Lo Truglio in "Brooklyn 99" plays the absurd detective that tends to please everyone. His radiant smile and stupidity make Truglio's take on the fictional NYPD detective worth wild.

1.) Matt LeBlanc
in "Friends" plays a lovable and down to earth character that everyone will fall in love with. LeBlanc rocks this character so well, that he even got his own show for his performance.
